Recycled Holiday Wrapping Inspiration

I am sure you are all aware that the holiday season is upon us! We all have materials at home that we can use to make some fun & beautiful wrapping. Think about all those newspapers, brown paper bags, magazines, fabric, yarn and ribbon scraps, twine and so many other unconventional wrapping materials you may have. Metal Teachers Desk Makeover | via {this little nest}

I have been wanting to re-do a metal desk for so long. Unfortunately, I don't have any room left in my apartment for one! If someone wants to buy me a bigger place, just let me know :) Stephanie over at {this little nest} did a great tutorial by painting the boring black desk into a gorgeous butter yellow and adding a butcher block top.
