I don’t advocate painting beautiful wood floors but, there are some great ideas for painting subpar and subfloors to add life, dimension, excitement and color to a room. Darn renting! I really wish I could paint my floors because if I could, I would definitely do one of the following gorgeous paint jobs!

hooray! i am also eager for a renters post. we have two floors of rented ‘distressed’ wooden floors that need some love. we have a colorful assortment, but it would be nice to do something that won’t need to always be vacuumed.
also, lovin’ the first one – what a wonderful room that must be with all that yellow.
